White Cottage

The White Cottage is Casa Botanica at its most whimsical. A soft blush cloud wallpaper with flying cranes wraps the room in a dreamlike warmth, while a wood plank ceiling and vintage pieces keep it grounded and lived in.

The layout is designed like a private studio with a raised king bed platform that anchors the space, a lounge area for slow mornings, and sliding glass doors that open to a leafy outdoor deck. It is bright, airy, and quietly theatrical, the kind of room that feels like a set for your best version of a San Juan weekend.

Details are intentionally collected rather than matched: woven pendants, a striped rug, vintage mirrors, and small botanical touches that echo the garden just outside. The bathroom is compact and clean with a simple shower and sink, finished in a soft, understated palette that lets the room’s personality lead.

A convertible futon within the sitting area offers flexible sleeping for a third guest and, if everyone is feeling friendly, a fourth. The open studio layout keeps things breezy and effortless, while the space transforms with a wink. Cozy, intimate, and just a little playful, it invites late night conversations and the kind of closeness that makes for the best stories later.

Our romantic Garden Suite sits in the heart of Casa Botanic’s magical garden.

It’s an intentionally designed space where vintage decor, light colors, and one of a kind furniture make a radiant universe all its own. Our Garden Suite is accessed through Casa Botanica’s garden, has an outdoor shower, private terrace with seating, an outdoor kitchenette, and a hammock waiting just for you. Overlooking the property’s magical garden, the suite feels immersed in greenery and light, a private retreat where nature and design exist in effortless harmony.

Our Garden Suite is the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor space. Nestled in the gardens on the first floor, it is close to all the communal areas. You are welcomed by a semi-outdoor terrace with a hammock overlooking the local fig tree and a vintage coffee table, perfect for enjoying your morning tea.

Inside the room, you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed, a lounging sofa, an antique dresser, and an eclectic full bathroom. Continue on to your semi outdoor wooden terrace, which features a modern fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy romantic dining table, and an open outdoor hot shower.

Glasshouse

This charming, one-of-a-kind space is located on the first floor of our beautiful vintage Casa. It is our newest room, tucked away in a private botanical garden with a spacious outdoor terrace that features a mystical outdoor shower overlooking blue skies and lush greenery, along with a vintage bathtub. It is the only suite on the property with this unique amenity. Inside the Glasshouse Room, you’ll be greeted by floral wallpaper, an indoor tree, and natural lighting. The room includes a comfortable queen size bed, a half bathroom, a chic vintage vanity, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The Glasshouse includes 1 queen sized bed, 1 spacious and private indoor bathroom, 1 of a kind vintage bath tub surrounded by lush greenery and an additional outdoor private shower. The Glasshouse also includes a fully equipped kitchenette and access to our luscious garden. All rooms have been decorated individually with attention to detail, vintage furniture and beautiful lighting. Each stands truly unique to all the others.
